Logansport High School

The team of Bella Walker, Tiara Lincoln, Amilia Zaragoza, and Jentry Strong travelled to Valporaiso last Saturday and finished with a team score of 87.275. The girls struggled a little more than normal with their vault rotation, but had a much better beam rotation. Tiara and Jentry both stuck their routines on that event! Bella led the Berries in the all around with a score of 29.475. She scored a 7.85 on vault, 6.15 on bars, 7.175 on beam and an 8.3 on floor. Jentry finished with an all around score of 29.125, with an 8.025 on vault, 6.0 on bars, 7.875 on beam *Season high, and 7.225 on the floor. Tiara had an all around score of 28.6. (Vault: 7.925, Bars: 5.55, Beam: 7.45 *Season high, Floor: 7.675). Amilia competed on vault 7.975, beam 6.75 and floor 6.6. We are still early in our season and I feel that this team is showing improvement where they need to. These girls work extremely hard and have really been stepping up for the team. The whole team travels to Lafayette on Saturday, January 24th for the Harrison Invitational.
