Logansport High School

The Logansport gymnasts are showing alot of improvement this week! Several girls hit Season and Career high scores again. For the JV competition, Reese Rennewanz won the floor exercise with a Career High score of 7.85. Amilia Zaragoza placed 3rd on the event with a 6.8. She placed 6th in the Varsity Vault competition scoring a Career High of 8.3. Tiara Lincoln posted a Career high on the bars with a 5.725 and finished 6th for Varsity. Adrienne Scott put up Career high scores on the balance beam (7.1), and floor 8.25, finishing in 8th with an all around score of 29.0. Bella Walker finished 7th in the AA with a 29.05 scoring her Season high on floor with an 8.525 (4th place). Lucy Gordon placed 6th on the floor with a Career high of 8.475. She also got her Season high score on the bars with a 5.325. The Berries were led by freshman, Jentry Strong in the all around with a 6th place finish (29.2). She placed 5th on floor with a season high of 8.5, and 6th on beam (7.35). Rylee Zimmerman led the team on the Vault with a season high of 8.8 (2nd). She debuted a new floor routine and competition with a score of 9.05. We are looking forward to having Tatianna Jones back in the lineup following an injury at the Plymouth Invite. We host Plymouth, Warsaw and Huntington North next Wednesday, February 11th at 6:30 p.m.
