Logan beats West Lafayette 9 - 6 at Jim Turner Field to move to 5-0. Lucas Jones got the W throwing 4INN allowing 3ER on 6 hits while striking out 2. Easton Sweet got the save throwing the final 3 frames allowing 3ER on 6 hits and striking out 2. Logan tallied 6 hits in the contest, 5 extra base hits, 3-2B, 1-3B and 1-HR. Logan hitters were walked 9 times. Hudson Shank started the game with a 3B, he walked 2 times, stole 2 bases and scored twice. Taylor Albright had a 4RBI game with a single driving in 2 and 2-sac flies driving in 2 more runs. Bryson Herr added a 2B and 2BB and scored twice, Blake Pearson walked 2 times and scored 2 runs. Braylon Ritchie had a 2B and an HR with 5RBI. Grady Alexander had a ground rule double to right center field. Kuper Jones walked twice and scored 2 runs. Logan was scheduled to play a DH at Norwell tomorrow, but the games have been moved to Jim Turner Field due to expected weather. Logan stands at 5-0 (2-0).
