Saturday, 1/11/2025 meet results: Northwestern 1st place (21) Lafayette Jeff 2nd place (16) Western 3rd (8) Logansport and Noblesville Tie 5th (5) The pair of Rylee Zimmerman and Lucy Gordon placed 7th in the AA. Lucy competed on the vault (8.1) and beam. Rylee competed on Bars (8.8) and the floor exercise (9.55) Rylee scored her career high score on the floor. Bella Walker and Reese Rennewanz placed 10th in the AA. Bella competed on bars and floor (7.6) and Reese competed on vault (7.6) and beam (7.4). Our other pairs consisted of Maci Wicker (Vault and Bars) and Tiara Lincoln (Floor 7.55) and beam and Tatianna Jones (Vault 7.85 and floor) and Adrienne Scott (Bars and beam). We have one of the largest gymnastics teams this season and looking forward to getting them all out there to compete. This week was hard due to injuries and events that the girls were ready to compete on. I am proud of this group for stepping up and getting out there. We are a very "new to the sport" team, but these girls work hard and show improvement each week. We head to Valporaiso on Saturday, January 18 for their Invitational.
