Logansport JV asserted their will over Twin Lakes on their way to an easy 18-2 victory

Logansport JV opened up scoring in the first inning, when Heidi Reed drew a walk, scoring one run.

In the bottom of the first inning, Twin Lakes tied things up at one. An error scored one run for Twin Lakes.

Logansport JV pulled away for good with seven runs in the second inning. In the second Reed doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs, Brooke Overman tripled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs, Reagan Hildebrand singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, and Logansport JV scored on a stolen base during Kyleigh Sweet’s at bat. Then Sweet doubled , driving in one.

Brooke Veasey led things off on the hill for Logansport JV. She surrendered two runs on two hits over four innings, striking out six.

Logansport JV racked up 19 hits on the day. Kylie Rozzi, Sweet, Hunter Hamm, Overman, Hildebrand, Reed, and Veasey each managed multiple hits for Logansport JV. Rozzi led Logansport JV with four hits in four at bats. Hildebrand led Logansport JV with five stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with 14 stolen bases.
