The lady berries swung into action today with their first tournament of the 2018 season at Battleground golf course. Leading the team for low score was Caroline Boyd 92, followed by her teammates Natalie Farris 115, Lily Savini 120, Ainsley Dalton 120, Brea Langley 164 and Trista Russow 131 playing as an individual. The weather didn’t cooperate like we’d hope but the girls really showed me how much grit they have today by not giving up and completing every hole and shot. They proved to me today they do want it and will do whatever it takes and that’s awesome and exciting for what the future holds for logan golf. This fall I have a roster of 16 girls and I couldn’t be more excited with those numbers. I’m really looking forward to growing the skills needed with these 16 girls to continue playing golf the rest of their lives. Go Berries!!
